Where things stand

The platform is built and launching. Hiring starts when the marketplace does the hiring's job first — real sales, real payouts, real load. Until then, the honest answer is: not yet.

What will be needed first

• Engineering — Next.js / Postgres / Stripe Connect. The payment and royalty rails that move money to artists weekly.
• Music ops — signing labels, building the curator network, running charts and the Hype tier. DJ background essential.
